[Client of the month]Christie Starnes – I’ve never worked out in my life, finally in August I went with my daughter and it nearly killed me. Truly the hardest part is taking the first step so I decided to give it a try. here were many times that I felt I couldn’t go back another day and really didn’t see any results. Through the help of TJ, Freddie, and Sean I have strengthened my core and discovered muscles I never knew I had. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere makes it a pleasure to come in. In fact I feel bad if I don’t come in three times a week. They know just how to encourage and push me for the best results. I tried another gym closer to home a couple of times but the feeling wasn’t the same. As a result of “our team” work I’ve lost weight built muscle, have more energy, look & feel better in my clothes & generally have a better outlook on life.

Let’s keep it simple. At Champion Fitness, our weight loss/body toning program combines exercise, nutrition, and supplements, designed specifically to help you reach your goals. There are NO CONTRACTS, NO BANK DRAFTS, NO SHOTS, and NO SURGERY with any of our programs. Don’t believe the hype in joining a program that promises weight loss if they’re just giving you a shot, surgery, or selling you expensive meals to eat. Without exercise, nutrition, and a proper amount of cardiovascular exercises, the 3 primary elements of weight loss/body toning, you’re just spinning your wheels. At Champion Fitness, our weight loss specialists are certified and experienced in working with any individual of any age and/or fitness level. Look at our record and give us a try!

  Nutrition

Yes, nutrition. At Champion Fitness, our specialists are certified to counsel and instruct individuals on proper nutrition. Regardless of how, where, or the number of days you exercise or train, nutrition is 90% of reaching your weight loss/body toning goals— or for athletes, 90% of performing better to gain a competetive advantage. Each person is different, therefore we don’t use a one size fits all approach. Before starting our program, each client/athlete will discuss, implement, and review a customized meal plan designed for you by one of our specialists. And don’t worry, we won’t have you drinking raw eggs.

  Weight Gain

thin-dudeThe specialists at Champion Fitness & Nutrition understand that not everyone desires to lose weight. We realize that there are many who desire to gain healthy, lean mass and develop strength. That is why we also provide a different plan for those individuals.

  Corporate Fitness

At Champion Fitness, we understand the importance for your business or organization to maintain a profitable, motivated, and healthy workforce. This is why we offer a corporate wellness program. Our wellness program is simple but effective: we assign specialists for your organization that will educate your staff/employees about proper eating habits, and instruct a fitness class held at your site. Each participant will be required to bring a yoga mat, and a set of weights of their choice (unless business or organization has equipment). Most importantly, our specialists will document progress in the following areas: weight loss, body fat % and BMI reduction, inches lost, and a decrease in high blood pressure and cholesterol.   Sports Performace

Unlike most sports performance companies, we don’t just specialize in one sport, nor do we just put down cones, ladders, hurdles, etc. and do some fancy looking drills. Our drills, techniques, equipment, and training methodology has MEANING and PURPOSE. WE TRAIN THE MOVEMENTS AND DEMANDS OF YOUR SPORT.

  Program & Fees
Level 1 // Age 7-11

Youth Development

Body English (body control), Balance, Speed & Agility, Faster first step movement, Reaction and Attention Span. This program develops and creates an athletic foundation.

2 sessions per week $125 per month

Level 2 // Age 12-15

Conditioning & Body Control

Acceleration, Landing Preparation, Balance, Flexibility, Agility, Nutrition, Vertical leap, Speed, Change of direction speed, Strength, and Core strength. Time to gear up!

2 sessions per week $175 month

Level 3 // Age 13-18

Ultimate Athletic Program

We take all of the attributes of Level 1 & 2 and add Game strength & Game Endurance. This format uses open architecture, progressions, and overload variable systems.

2 sessions per week $200 month

  Combine 360
This optional test evaluates the athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and deficiencies, thereby allowing our specialists to customize a plan to train up weaknesses and deficiencies of the athlete, and improve strengths. This test is done every six weeks to track and report progress. The first test is charged as an evaluation and the following tests are no charge. • Combine 360 Test $100
• 1hr group sessions (sessions are on set times and days based on season) $15 per session (8 session minimum purchase) $120

$20 per session (8 session minimum purchase) $160

  Class Schedule

ABS & Glutes Classes // $10 per class

Our ABS & Glutes Classes, in addition to our current program, are designed for individuals who want to speed up their weight loss/body toning process. This class also chisels and sculpts the abdominals (aka muffin top) and glutes. Classes are 45-60 minutes of cardio, abdominal, and glute exercises. Participants of any fitness level can attend and is recommended to go at his or her own pace. If you can’t perform each workout, your instructor will teach you how to perform a modified, lower-impact version of the exercise as an alternative. This will strengthen the targeted muscle groups so that you will eventually be able perform the original exercise.
