Unlike most sports performance companies, we don't just specialize in one sport, nor do we just put down cones, ladders, hurdles, etc. and do some fancy looking drills. Our drills, techniques, equipment, and training methodology has MEANING and PURPOSE. WE TRAIN THE MOVEMENTS AND DEMANDS OF YOUR SPORT.| Level 1 // Age 7-11 Youth Development Body English (body control), Balance, Speed & Agility, Faster first step movement, Reaction and Attention Span. This program develops and creates an athletic foundation. 2 sessions per week $125 per month |
Level 2 // Age 12-15 Conditioning & Body Control Acceleration, Landing Preparation, Balance, Flexibility, Agility, Nutrition, Vertical leap, Speed, Change of direction speed, Strength, and Core strength. Time to gear up! 2 sessions per week $175 month |
Level 3 // Age 13-18 Ultimate Athletic Program We take all of the attributes of Level 1 & 2 and add Game strength & Game Endurance. This format uses open architecture, progressions, and overload variable systems. 2 sessions per week $200 month |

Christie Starnes - I've never worked out in my life, finally in August I went with my daughter and it nearly killed me. Truly the hardest part is taking the first step so I decided to give it a try. here were many times that I felt I couldn't go back another day and really didn't see any results. Through the help of TJ, Freddie, and Sean I have strengthened my core and discovered muscles I never knew I had. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere makes it a pleasure to come in. In fact I feel bad if I don't come in three times a week. They know just how to encourage and push me for the best results. I tried another gym closer to home a couple of times but the feeling wasn't the same. As a result of "our team" work I've lost weight built muscle, have more energy, look & feel better in my clothes & generally have a better outlook on life.
