Conditioning & Body Control
Acceleration, Landing Preparation, Balance, Flexibility, Agility, Nutrition, Vertical leap, Speed, Change of direction speed, Strength, and Core strength. Time to gear up!

Ultimate Athletic Program
We take all of the attributes of Level 1 & 2 and add Game strength & Game Endurance. This format uses open architecture, progressions, and overload variable systems.
2 sessions per week $200 month
|This optional test evaluates the athlete's strengths, weaknesses, and deficiencies, thereby allowing our specialists to customize a plan to train up weaknesses and deficiencies of the athlete, and improve strengths. This test is done every six weeks to track and report progress. The first test is charged as an evaluation and the following tests are no charge.
